Catskills Residence Under Construction

John Powell designed a custom-manufactured home, built in the factory by Simplex Homes, with foundations, sitework, and other finishing touches by the General Contractor Catskills Energy Homes.

The house arrived on the back of a tractor-trailer on Halloween of 2023. Since that time a custom premanufactured garage designed by John Powell has been delivered from Sheds Unlimited, while the General Contractor completed the vestibule, well, septic, electrical connections, driveway, kitchen countertop, appliances and finishes, kitchen and bathrook tile, lighting, decks, roofing, and many other finishing touches.

The Galvalume standing seam metal siding is the last big item to be completed, with occupancy planned for early May 2024!
